Responsibilities:
• Help maintain customer service responsibilities for the China Key Account customer portfolio, inventory and rolling forecast monthly maintenance as well as update annual account plan in line with overall company strategy. To be involved in direct customer discussions and business development/maintenance (customer facing engagement)
• Translate account plans and customer insights into actionable and measurable tactics to deliver agreed business objectives.
• Build winning relationships with all key customer contacts and support customer wiring with the Detpak senior management team.
• Analyse performance and trends in the Food Service market to identify account opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities and initiative plan to increase new sales productivity and reduce cost across all areas of the business.
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery of goods to Key accounts’ Customers and meeting agreed DIFOT targets as well as Solve the customer complaints by working with internal coordination.
• Play a lead role in positioning Detpak as a supplier of choice for all Key accounts and potential Customers.
• Work in close cooperation with the members of the Key accounts’ team to build team cohesion and promote the responsiveness and professionalism of the team.
• Support and maintain an achievement culture that fosters and enhances teamwork and cross functional unity, while also supporting personal growth and career development.
• Develop and play lead role in delivering QBR &KBR meetings with agreed customers and targeting continuous improvement and business development opportunities at every review.
• Liaise with Technical Department for Artwork and pre-production processes. Ensure to achieve the target of Key Account P&L
• Work with group supply chain team and ensure the accuracy of rolling forecast.
Requirements
1. College or above
2. 1-3 years of customer service or sales working experience in packaging or FMCG industry
3. Good capability of business correspondence in Chinese, logic data analysis and summary
