vi. has excellent troubleshooting skill for most injection molding issues, or know where or who the help channel is
vii. is able to achieve excellent injection molding quality (meet spec, exceed spec) & productivity (min cycle time)
viii. is able to set up DOE
ix. knows basic engineering statistics, such as CPk calculations
