This exciting role offers opportunity to:
• Leads product/process quality issue analysis and resolving using systematic methodology. Plans and organizes audits to manufacturing process with follow-up on effectiveness of corrective actions/preventive actions.
• Serves as key member and contributor of APQP team participating in Pro-launch process assuring new product development on track with quality reliability and assurance. Resolves customer complaints/notice/feedback by working with cross-function team and monitors shipped products performance.
• Maintains and develops quality control/inspection procedure/instruction to assure internal quality assurance is in place and function well. Provides judgment and justification for material and process change/variance.
• Drives continual improvement plan and check actual execution and effectiveness. Assesses quality system need and deploy training and lessons learned for technicians and inspectors.
• Gathers audit findings and product/process issue tracker and analyze key detractors then form up effective corrective action/preventive actions, by collaborating with operation and engineering team.
Requirement:
• Bachelor‘s degree in engineering discipline, 8+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing environment , 3 years process quality practices is minimum required.
• Expertise on ISO/TS 16949 system knowledge and utilization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Strong influence, coaching and consulting skills.
• Willing to work under pressure and persistent on making improvement/change.
• Certified ISO/TS 16949 auditor and 6 sigma green belt/black belt is a preferred.
