工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 与管理层紧密合作,开展各种数字化人力资源和沟通相关项目。
Partner closely with the business leaders to deploy various HR digital activities and communication program.
2. 协助执行数字化人力资源活动以支持实现人力资源目标。
Provide an assistant in implementation of digital HR initiatives to support HR objectives achievement.
3. 管理及维护HR dashboard,并进行数据分析。
Develop HR dashboard and metrics to leverage on data analytics.
4. 为人力资源团队和员工提供人力资源数字化工具和平台的培训和支持。
Provide training and supports to HR team and employees on HR digital tools and platforms.
5. 与内部合作伙伴密切合作,创建及发布组织架构公告及公司内部及外部公告,人力资源相关政策发布及沟通,协调员工大会及相关会议等。
Collaborates closely with relevant stakeholders to create/distribute organizational announcements and internal &external announcements, release and communicate HR policies with employees and coordinator all hand meetings and related meetings etc.
6. 与人力资源部门各团队紧密合作,制定及执行沟通年度计划以支持实现人力资源目标。
Partner with teams across HR in developing and implementing communications annual plans to achieve HR objectives.
7. 管理所有内部员工沟通渠道(如公司内部电子杂志及企业公众号等)。
Manage all internal employee’s communication channels (like Newsletters, Enterprise WeChat Official Account).
8. 根据需要从事其他人力资源方面职责。
Handle other HR duties as needed.
9. 参与卡莱运营系统。(比如安全,5S,LSW等)
Participate in Carlisle Operating System. (Such as Safety,5S,LSW etc.) .

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
适当的教育和/或经验可在同等基础上替代
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
1. 本科以上学历,至少有3年人力资源相关工作经验。
Bachelor or above degree in human resource, business, administration management or another relevant field preferred or equivalent. Minimum 3 years HR related working experience.
2. 英语八级,优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力。
TEM-8,Fluent in spoken and written English.
3. 熟练使用office办公软件,良好的数据分析能力。
Proficient in Microsoft Software Office and good analytical skills.
4. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. 善于团队合作,能和公司各个层面的人保持良好的关系。
A team player that can relate to people at levels of the organization.
6. 做事细心、有条理、有责任心、积极主动、结果导向。
Ability to be careful, organized, responsible, proactive and result oriented.
7. 具备多任务处理能力,分清轻重缓急,按时完成交付任务。
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
8. 能够在快节奏的环境中工作,积极主动,能在压力下很好地工作。
