Preferred skills
• 10 years or above prior sales support experience, experience with 5 years leadership role would be preferrable.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to think critically and deliver solutions.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Cost sensitive
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal stakeholders.
• Excellent project handling skill including ability of co-ordination, properly recording and same day closing skill is essential to performing good in this respect.
• Excellent mentoring, coating and people management skills
• Basic timepiece product knowledge of benefit plans.
Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Good communication skill in English and Chinese
Responsibility
• Quotation process that requires detail cost review ability
• Handle design or feasibility change with both customer, technical department and production department during the production development stage and ensure the experience are properly record.
• Sample fabrication and qualification co-ordination with both internal and external stakeholders. In between, the process requires project handling ability of monitoring, co-ordination, timely escalation and proper recoding.
• Lead the sales team to ensure smooth ordering process including order confirmation, delivery lead time improvement and quality issue co-ordination with customer just in case happening during production.
• Monitor the sales team maintain the sales data and report are in proper orderly, timely and quality manner, including the invoice issues, prepare of analysis report and sales history etc.
• Manage the sale team to handle customer complaint and goods return handling
