Responsibilities:
? Solution delivery
? Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
? Conducts troubleshooting activities via online tools or phone.
? Conducts on-site installation, training, service and maintenance assignments.
? Manages client interaction and expectations.
? Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
? Process management
? Knows the service process and utilizes it effectively.
? Monitors customer satisfaction.
? Identifies possible quality issues and coordinates with supervisor.
? Takes care of own continuous skill development and coordinates with supervisor.
? Exchanges information and best practice in the team.
? Operational responsibilities
? Uses CRM for ticketing and problem tracking.
? Keeps track of own service stock levels.
? Utilizes processes for spare part shipping.
? Cooperates with Customer Services and logistics functions to enable smooth and timely delivery of parts.
? Collaborates with colleagues in Sales and Application to achieve best possible problem turnaround times.
Requirements:
? BSc in mechanical or electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field.
? Track record in technical service for machinery or similar.
? Good people skills. Self-organized, analytical mind-set.
? Good reporting capabilities.
? Good general PC skills in Microsoft environment.
? Working knowledge of SAP R/3 order processing and logistics structures.
? English (business level) as first or second language.
